The busy, social heart of the market. A rotating line-up of independent food traders cooking fresh, hot food to eat on the go or at the tables.
Coffee & Bakery
Where most people start their Sunday. Great coffee, warm smells from the bakery, and a moment to slow down before you explore the rest of the lanes.
Artisan & Makers
Independent makers, designers and artists with handmade and limited-edition pieces. Everything here is made, designed or curated by the trader. No mass production.
Vintage & Retro
For browsers, collectors and anyone who loves stumbling on something unexpected. Pre-loved goods with history, kept out of landfill and given a new home.
Fresh Produce
Fresh, local and seasonal food straight from the people who grow and make it. Quality and provenance you will not find on a supermarket shelf.

A flexible space that changes through the year, from Easter and summer to Halloween, bonfire night and a proper Christmas market.

In the heart of town, easy to reach
We set up across Exchange Square & Sheepgate in Beccles, a short walk from the railway station with free and pay-and-display parking close by.
There's free parking at Waveney Meadow and Puddingmoor (NR34 9PL) and three hours free at Tesco (NR34 9EJ), plus pay-and-display around the quay and town centre.
Full travel & parking
