  • apply to trade with us, including through our partner platform LocalStalls; or
  • contact us by email or on social media.

It should be read together with our Cookie Notice and Terms & Conditions.

  • identity and contact details, such as your name, email address and telephone number;
  • enquiry or application details, such as your stall type, the message you send, and anything else you choose to provide;
  • technical information needed to keep the site secure and our forms protected from spam; and
  • anonymous analytics about how the website is used, collected only if you allow analytics cookies.

  • to reply to your enquiry and stay in touch about it;
  • to manage trader applications, pitches and bookings;
  • to keep the records we need to run the market; and
  • to keep the website secure and working as intended.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in running and improving the market, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an arrangement with you.

5. How our forms are handled

When you submit a form on this site, it is processed securely by our own form handler running on Cloudflare, which emails the enquiry to the market team. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions are genuine and to keep spam out. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone who does not need it to help us reply.

6. Who we share information with

  • Cloudflare, for website hosting, form handling and spam protection;
  • LocalStalls, where you choose to apply to trade through their platform;
  • Google, for the embedded map and for optional, consent-based analytics; and
  • professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to do so.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to certain uses, or ask us to restrict them. Email toby@becclessundaymarket.com and we will help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice when the website or how we work changes. The date above shows the latest version.
