We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but market details can change. Opening times, trader line-ups, prices, promotions and events may vary, and a Sunday may occasionally be affected by weather or circumstances outside our control. Information on the site is general information about the market and is not a guarantee that a particular trader, stall, product or feature will be present.
5. Trading with us
Pitch prices, offers and trader information shown on the site are subject to availability and may change. Submitting an enquiry or application does not by itself confirm a booking. Pitches are confirmed by us directly or through our application partner, LocalStalls, whose own terms apply to applications made on their platform. Traders are responsible for their own public liability insurance, food hygiene registration and compliance with the law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- submit false information through our forms, or use them to send spam or abuse;
- attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website; or
- copy or reuse our content beyond normal personal use without permission.

The content, branding and design of this website belong to Oddys Trading Company Limited or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
